Hastelloy C-4 wire performs well in high temperature and corrosive media, especially in strong acid and oxidizing environments such as chloride, sulfuric acid, and hydrochloric acid. It has excellent mechanical properties, with a tensile strength of 650-989 MPa in solid solution, a yield strength of 280-352 MPa, and an elongation of 40%-44%. In addition, it has good oxidation resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance, and is suitable for temperatures ranging from -200℃ to 400℃.
Hastelloy C-4 wire, with its excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature stability, is an ideal material for handling corrosive media in the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Hastelloy C-4 performs well in both oxidizing and reducing environments, and has excellent corrosion resistance to strong corrosive media such as chlorides, sulfides, hydrofluoric acid, and sulfuric acid.
Its melting point range is 1350°C - 1400°C, has good high temperature strength and oxidation resistance, and can work stably in the temperature range of -200°C to 400°C.
Tensile strength: 758 - 1034 MPa (annealed state).
Yield strength: 345 - 365 MPa.
Elongation: 50% - 55%.
