Ni60Cr15 is kind of high resistivity nicr alloy, which working temperture up to 1150°C. This kind of alloy is characterized by high resistivity, good oxidation resistance, very good form stability, good ductility after use and excellent weldabilit. Ni60Cr15 NiCr alloy wire is used for electric heating elements in industrial appliances.
Ni60Cr15 resistance wire is commonly used in electron beam emitters for generating and controlling electron beams. Its high-temperature stability and resistance characteristics enable it to stably generate electron beams in vacuum environments for extended periods, used in various applications such as microwave tubes, electron microscopes, and ion implanters.
Ni60Cr15 resistance wire is also widely used as heating elements in vacuum electronic devices.
