Features:20.5 pitch distance pure nickel strip is widely used in 18650 battery. And DLX alloy could delivery this size of battery package pure nickel strip within 14 days with 4-5 tons order. And also we could have customized thickness from 0.1 to 0.2mm, which is the common size for battery. And other size also could be offered. Pure nickel has a Nickel content of 99.6% giving it a pure nickel rating; Pure nickel will never corrode and come loose in high drain application. Pure nickel has excellent mechanical properties, high corrosion resistance in ifferent environments, and magnetic feature,high heat transfer, high conductivity, low gas volume and low vapor pressure. Pure nickel also has good spot welding properties and high tensile strength.
